By booking and paying a deposit you are agreeing to our terms & conditions.


Rates are based on 2 persons per night.
Check in is from 2pm. Please advise what time you will be checking in. Check out is by 10am.
Rates are displayed on our bookings page. Discounts may apply for longer stays. Please ask at time of booking for further details.
Rates displayed on that page are accurate at time of publication, however, they may be subject to change without notice. Once your deposit has been received the rates will be fixed.
Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and prior arrangement.


A deposit of one night's tariff is payable for each week, or part thereof, of the booking. For peak periods (Christmas and Easter holidays) a deposit of 50% is payable at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed and secured only on receipt of a deposit. Dates are removed from online availability once a deposit is received. The balance of the payment is due at least 1 week prior to arrival date.


By providing your credit card details you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and authorising Oceanview 1 to debit your card for any cancellation fees.

Please contact us as early as possible if you wish to change or cancel your booking.
No refund will be made for early departures.

Other Conditions

Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the guests' responsibility during their stay. The owners take no responsibility for the guests' personal property. The accommodation is to be left in a clean and tidy state. In the event that loss or damage is caused to the apartment or its furnishings, we reserve the right to charge to your credit card the cost of any repairs or extra cleaning required.
Oceanview 1 reserve the right to reject any booking.


The management of Oceanview 1 respects your privacy. Your name and contact information will not be used for any purpose other than to contact you in relation to Oceanview 1. Your information will not be passed to other organisations.
